We're almost there! Here is Negative Thought #7:

 

7. “I can’t help it, I’m addicted to sugar.”
Say this instead:  “The food is not in charge, I am!”
Telling yourself that you are addicted to sugar or certain foods becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. You may be giving your brain instructions on how to behave.

 

You are in complete control of your body and your actions. Don't talk yourself into thinking you can't do something.
